How do we get started?  You have already completed the first step by checking out this website.  The next step is to call or email Cari’s Custom Organizing and Cari will talk you through the rest of the process.  We will schedule a free phone  assessment to determine your organizing needs, and then we can talk about a budget and create our plan.  It is easy!


How must does it cost?  Because every job is unique, we can’t quote a price here.  Please give us a call to talk about your custom solution.  There is a 3-hour minimum per session. 


Are supplies included in the cost?  We do offer shopping services for any materials needed, or we can give recommendations for you to supply.  Shopping is charged at our hourly rate, and you will be billed for the cost of supplies.


Do you charge for travel?  Please ask us about our travel fee if you are more than 10 miles from our location Eagle Rock.  Our service area includes areas from Burbank to Monrovia.  But don’t forget, we offer remote services!


Do I have to be around while you organize?  Each client is unique.  Some people like to be there and go through the process with us, and some like to answer my questions and then leave me alone to do the work.  I am happy working whichever way the client is most comfortable, but a project always must at least begin with us working together.


What forms of payment do you accept?  Our preferred method of payment is cash, check, or cashiers check.  We can also accept credit cards.


What happens if I cancel a job I have put a deposit on?  If you cancel more than 48 hours before the job is scheduled, I will give you a full refund of your deposit.


What are your hours?  I like to work between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.  The hourly rate is higher on weekends and evenings.  For most jobs, I like to schedule no more than 3 or 4 hours on each job per day so that our decision making can be fresh!


Can I give your services as a gift?  Yes.  I would be happy to provide a gift certificate for you to give as a gift.
